Yes! I can update and add features to your website as needed. The monthly plan covers performance, security and uptime. Other updates are charged at an hourly rate.
Absolutely! If you’re signed up for a care plan I will upgrade your site to use transactional email and set up DKIM, SPF and DMARC to ensure they get through. If you don’t want to sign up for a plan, I’ll just charge my hourly rate.

That’s fine! It’s up to you whether you want to keep your existing hosting or migrate over to my Australian cloud hosting, I can manage that through plesk/cpanel on your behalf. Sometimes with existing hosting, there may be issues such as downtime that only the hosting company can resolve.
I use a combination of Australian cloud hosting (VPS) through OVHCloud, I also lease a “bare metal” server with modern AMD EPYC 4464P CPUs in a Sydney data Center. For WordPress performance, CPUs are generally the bottleneck and there is a massive difference between what you will get from a generic cloud host and what you can get by leasing your own next-gen server. It’s the difference between a 2003 Honda accord vs a 2025 Ferrari.
I offer phone and email support including after hours. I do sleep though so I can’t guarantee a response after 9:30pm or so. Any support related to critical performance, downtime or security incidents is included as part of the plan and other support is billed at a reasonable hourly rate.
I have monitoring that will alert me if your website goes offline for any reason and sophisticated intrusion detection that will alert me of any suspicious activity. If you notice anything wrong with your website, give me a call and I will fix it immediately.
